This first floor remodel will transform this 1970s Bedford Colonial into an updated, cozy, everyday sanctuary!

Coming up: all new flooring and baseboard throughout. New elegant wainscoting and trim in the living room. Modified flow pattern with reconfigured openings and new doors and entries. A new, contrasting kitchen island with seating. New marble countertops, tile backsplash, sink and faucet. Updated /added lighting. All topped-off with a full paint job.

These existing clients are a dream to work with and we're so excited to get this one going for them! Stay tuned!

Progress update on our Windham remodel project! Framing, electric, plumbing, and drywall have been completed. The bathroom has been constructed in the former office space and tile is underway! The butler's pantry has been created from the former powder room and two closets. Things will really start to come together now over the next couple weeks!
