Happy Birthday, Megan. We miss you. Charles & Team

💛 A message from the Bugg Family 💛

Today, Megan should have been celebrating her 25th birthday. We lost our precious Megan to childhood cancer on March 9, 2022. You would think that after four years, these birthday posts would get easier, but losing a child never really gets easier.

As the years pass, normal days become more tolerable, but the special occasions like her birthday bring everything back again. We miss our girl more than words can express. We miss her resilient human spirit, her kind heart, her amazing wisdom, and especially that beautiful contagious smile that could bring hope to the darkest of days.

On days like this, our family does its best to live life as Megan would have wanted: with optimism, hope, humility, compassion and happiness. In Megan's honor, we will continue fighting for her cause: to end the nightmare of childhood cancer.

No child should experience the physical and mental anguish of childhood cancer; and no parent should ever lose a child to this evil disease. Rest in peace Megan. I hope you take comfort in knowing that you made the world a better place. We will never stop loving you. P.S...Give Grandpa Bugg a hug for us.
