A Direct Support Professional is a trained individual that helps people experiencing intellectual and/or developmental disabilities live safely and independently in their own homes and communities.
What youβll do:
π Provide one-on-one support in the home and community
π§Ό Assist with personal care such as hygiene and mobility support
π½οΈ Support light housekeeping, and daily routines
π Accompany to appointments and errands
π Promote choice, safety, and dignity
π Complete required documentation
Qualifications:
β
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driverβs license and auto insurance
β
Reliable vehicle transportation
β
Ability to understand detailed service documents
β
Clear written and verbal communication skills
β
Proficiency in time management and ability to follow all policies and procedures
β
Ability to pass a background check
π Bilingual/multilingual encouraged
Schedule & Location:
π Portland Metro and surrounding areas
π Full-time (30+ hrs/week), flexible scheduling
Compensation & Benefits:
π΅ $20β21/hr depending on experience
π $0.50/mile reimbursement

Access Community Care will be attending the Post-Transition Night hosted by the Beaverton School District, Capital Center Programs CTP & ACE.
Looking for Attendant Care, Day Support Activities or supported Employment Services for you or a loved one - or just want to learn more about I/DD programs? We'll have a table and friendly management staff present to talk to folks about services, and share information, and make connections!
Our office will be closing early, at 3:00pm today.

What youβll do:
πΏ Lead participants in outings, and structured and fun activities
π€ Support participants as they practice social skills and interact with peers
π Navigate local events and public spaces
π Transport participants safely using your personal vehicle and occasionally an ADA-accessible shuttle bus
π Document participation and progress in accordance with ODDS standards
Qualifications:
β
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driverβs license, and valid auto insurance
β
Reliable transportation
β
Ability to operate an ADA-accessible shuttle bus when needed
β
Clear communication skills
β
Technical proficiency for tracking hours, schedules, and following all program procedures
β
Ability to pass a background check

Portland Metro and surrounding areas

Part-time (20+ hrs/week) or full-time (30+ hrs/week)
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay starts at $21β23/hr depending on experience
β
