Practicing in SLO-Motion. I would say im moving at about 50% power. I will get so much feedback from these swings. It’s my best opportunity to add in change or dial in what I have. Only when my 50% swings are working at an 80% success rate will I go faster towards full speed. But I will step it in between. Next is 75% and so on.

You should go even slower when learning something brand new. 10-20% speed!!
