Clean Source Property Maintenance is a growing property maintenance company that specializes in providing our services to multi-family customers in the Seattle / Portland markets. If you enjoy working outdoors and like daily variety in your job, then this may be the right job for you.

We are looking to hire new crew members. We are looking for candidates that can grow with company and stay for many years. We believe in building a team and enjoys working together. We offer a training program that allows employees to move from Techs, to Apprentices, to Journeyman. Our crew members are skilled tradesman not just general laborers.

All applicants must meet the following requirements:
Strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds repeatedly during the work day
Polite and professional attitude
Comfortable on ladders and roped off to roofs
Must have a drivers license
Able to work outside the entire year

Open Positions:
Exterior Maintenance Technicians - Our maintenance crews do gutter cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. Crew members make $19-$22 per hour. All employees are eligible for performance bonuses, receive PTO (Paid Time Off), and receive healthcare and retirement after a waiting period.

Exterior Maintenance Apprentices - The employees do the same work as our Exterior Maintenance Technicians, but are working through our apprentice program that awards certificates in 6 different fields of work. As certificates are completed, raises are awarded. The goal of this program is to offer a complete training program to move employees through the career paths at our company. Apprentices make $22 - $27 per hour, plus benefits.
