Advanced Running Project

Friends! Tomorrow is the last Wednesday of the month so it's time for a pizza run at Beavercreek Pizza Dive! As always, it starts at 6pm, most of us do 4 miles total (2 miles out, 2 miles back) on the bike path but you are welcome to go more or less, fast or slow, whatever.

The weather looks absolutely perfect and the pizza will be all-you-can-eat for just $7 which includes a drink. Come support one of the best small businesses in the Miami Valley and come enjoy community and camaraderie and share how your training and races have been going!

ARP teammates Brandon and Leslie took 1st and 2nd overall today at the Mills Lawn Bulldog Jog! Meanwhile the little ones 😴 the entire time. ♥️
