We are hiring ground hands for our telecommunication company! Out of town opportunities, bonuses, PTO, Health Insurance, 401K. MUST be reliable, must be willing to work! Must have Drivers License, Medical Card, and be able to pass a drug test.

We are open to 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• All duties as assigned by the Head Mechanic.
• Receive work orders from Head Mechanic or management.
• Evaluate faulty equipment:
o Brake systems
o Hydraulic systems
o Pneumatic systems
o Electrical systems
• Repair vehicles, as required and instructed by Head Mechanic.
• Pay attention to detail and maintain clean and orderly work environment.
• Maintain records of vehicle repairs/upgrades.
• Communicate accurately and comprehensibly, all problem areas to optimize equipment “UP-TIME”.
• Participate in active problem-solving and trouble-shooting via telephone with drivers out in the field.
• Report all necessary material needed for repairs to Head Mechanic.
• Drive vehicle to verify effective repairs.
• Follow instructions from Head Mechanic.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong mechanical and electrical background needed.
• Proven work experience in vehicle repair.
• Good verbal/written communication and customer service skills, needed.
• Highly motivated, organized with a strong work ethic.
