Chevrolet Nova II doors I posted earlier. Straightened the edges, and rolled the lips. I only have the edges Sand Blasted and then we machine strip the outsides W/ 80 grit for the best adhesion and corrosion resistance possible. Everything is coated in Epoxy Primer before final bodywork is performed.

Here is the die, still need to heat treat this one. I am having a set made to do Round to Oval Tubing.
