As the operator you are responsible for proper operation of CNC burning equipment to produce burned parts according to preprogrammed dimensions, meeting quality and quantity standards on a consistent basis.

Essential functions:
• Do the programming for the CNC burners.
• Load correct plate on burner
• Burn parts according to work order.
• Deburr and clean parts.
• Measure and label top and bottom edges.
• Place parts on a skid.
• Keep a safe and clean work environment.

Required competency, education, and experience:
• Candidate must have high school or equivalent education.
• Candidate must be able to read a tape measure.
• Candidate must have ability to be trained (if necessary).
• Candidate must be able to work well with others.
• Candidate must be able to take direction from Shop Foreman and Shift Leaders.

Advantage Resourcing is currently seeking highly motivated individuals for Local CDL Class A Drivers to be directly hired on permanent with an industrial contractor. As a CDL Driver, you must be able to perform a variety of general driving functions. These include: Must have valid Class A CDL driver’s license with X-endorsement and good driving record Must have a minimum of 2 years tractor trailer driving experience Must be able to work and drive locally 95% of the time Must be able to pass a criminal background check Job Duties for the CDL Driver position include: Will be required to haul by means of roll off boxes, van trailers, tankers, equipment trailers, and end- dump trailers Will be responsible for load pick up and delivery to designated locations Will be responsible for required DOTD paperwork as well as load tickets Company Benefits offered are: Health Insurance (50% of premium paid by company) Prescription Plan Profit Sharing to include quarterly and yearly bonuses based on performance and % of company profit Home every night and most weekends off – Normal work schedule will be Mon-Fri (7:00am –5:00pm) At Advantage Resourcing, our primary objective is to perfectly align the best people with the appropriate job whether it is a temporary assignment or career position. The Accounting clerk will be responsible for A/P and A/R. Must have heavy experience in both aspects. Must have excellent work history and be extremely computer literate. Experience with MIS is a plus but not required. If you are looking for a long term position in the accounting field, this is the place for you.
