Maintenance Specialist!

Job Purpose: Performs moderate repairs and maintenance for Spindletop vehicles. In addition, serves as backup and on-call personnel for advanced skilled maintenance and repair work for all Spindletop buildings and residential homes in the community and. Tasks include vehicle maintenance and repair, building, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical repairs, painting, carpentry, and moving furniture..
