We were absolutely thrilled to award four Green and White Scholarships at this year's Livingston High School Scholarship Ceremony!

When Prestige Custom Builders, LLC was first formed, our goal was two-fold: to build high-quality custom homes, and to give back to the youth in our communities. Having been a part of scholarship program for a few years now, seeing it all come together at the ceremony is always a true highlight for us.

Livingston, TX and Livingston High School hold a very special place in my heart. Being able to give back to the community that helped raise me is a tradition I look forward to every single year.

Congratulations to all four of our amazing recipients! We are incredibly proud of you and can’t wait to see what you accomplish next. Go Lions! 🦁✨

The Status: You have zero plans. You don’t even have a site. You just have a Pinterest board titled "House Vibes" and a vague desire for a large kitchen.
Our Take: It’s a great time to talk! We can help you understand budgets and feasibility before you fall in love with an impossible dream. We’re great listeners.

Level 2: The "Napkin Architect" 📝
The Status: You were at dinner, got inspired, and sketched a floor plan on a cocktail napkin. It’s slightly stained with salsa, but the vision is there.
Our Take: It’s a great time to talk! We speak "Napkin." We can help you figure out if that squiggle is a load-bearing wall or just a smudge of cilantro.

Level 3: The "Full Monty" 📐
The Status: You have a complete set of architectural drawings, engineering specs, and a 3D walkthrough that cost more than your first car.
Our Take: It’s a great time to talk! We love a solid plan. Let’s get into the nitty-gritty of the build schedule, material sourcing, and making those lines on paper a reality.

The Moral of the Story: Whether you’re at "I have an idea" or "I have the ink," we’re ready to chat. Building is a marathon, not a sprint—and we’re excellent running partners.
