I wanted to take a moment to highlight all of the amazing things Good Vibes Wellness is dedicated to providing.

The value of growth and healing in individuals and in relationships is immeasurable. My practice is dedicated to empowering people to reach their full potential through self reflection, emotional intelligence and humor.

I specialize in complex trauma, relationships, high achievers, performance anxiety and the LGBT+ community.

I am passionate about the benefits health, nutrition and wellness bring to our lives. I am an advocate of finding your truest balance and am firm believer that movement is medicine.
