Here is a peek at the Dining Room we are in the middle of designing for The Chelsea at Fair Lawn. The concept of the entire building is built off of the Chanel suit and women's fashion of the sixties. With this space, we brought the outside in with The Tavern on The Green at top of mind.

The Chelsea at Fair Lawn is a new senior living community sited on a tight lot. This brought the challenge of having fewer spaces separated by walls. Here, we created a flexible space that allows for a mix of uses from cooking demos to cocktail hour and private events.
