POSITION SUMMARY: The Rental Equipment Technician primarily works under the direction of the Operations Manager, Fleet Maintenance Manager or a Supervisor providing a variety of services which includes daily inspection, testing, and minor servicing of industrial equipment, including (but not limited to) roll-off boxes, frac tanks and berms. The Rental Equipment Technician ensures all tasks are completed in a safe, effective and proficient manner, and that equipment is maintained according to company, regulatory and manufacturer standards.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains work area and other areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Maintains equipment per the Company’s and manufacturer’s requirements, as well as within DOT regulations, prior to outward delivery to customers.
Completes all documentation, registrations, and data entry associated with inspection and repair in a timely and accurate manner, and ensures all documentation is being accurately captured and maintained.
Performs atmospheric testing (using an air quality monitor) of equipment interiors to ensure safe working condition, utilizing supplied breathing air if required.
Enters into confined spaces and complies with all CSE processes and procedures.
Performs minor equipment repairs (including some welding) where necessary.
Operates forklifts and yard mules to mobilize equipment around the facility.
Occasionally deals with external customers and vendors and maintains professionalism throughout these interactions.
Contributes to team goals and customer demands through effective communication and prioritization of a self-organized workload.
Troubleshoots and eliminates problems relating to equipment as and when they arise.
Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Working knowledge on appropriate use and application of personal protective equipment.
Confined space entry training, at an awareness level.
Prior experience in mechanical, environmental or industrial shop environments.
General operational knowledge of industrial storage equipment, including (but not limited to) roll-off boxes, frac tanks and berms.
Experience with welding equipment (certification not required).
Current respirator fit-tested.
Experience operating pressure washing units (up to 3,500 psi).
Ability to successfully pass company forklift training.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Class C driver’s license.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Supervisor – Hauling RIES is responsible for supervising the commercial and industrial hauling activities in one or more lines of business and/or container delivery and pick up in a geographically dispersed area. The Operations Supervisor oversees drivers and helpers and works with the Operations Manager and General Manager to implement tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and budget achievement. The Operations Supervisor ensures adherence to all accident prevention programs and leads operations to ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, operating, regulatory, accounting, ethics and other standards. Responsibilities include the ex*****on and delivery of Safety, Customer Experience, and Efficiency while supporting a culture of employee engagement.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safetyo Work to identify and remove unsafe conditions or situation from drivers’ routes.o Partner with the maintenance department to ensure all equipment remains in working order and in compliance with safety standards.o Oversee effective safety and accident prevention programs to ensure all reasonable actions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries; ensure a safe and productive work environment for all employees; implement and maintain and effective loss control and safety program.o Engage assigned employees in active participation to instill a culture of safety by demonstration of a personal commitment to safe operations and active personal outreach to operational employees
Customer Experienceo Provide service to all customers that meet or exceed customer expectations with regard to the entire customer experience.o Understand missed pickup goals and meet or exceed expectations related to those goals.o Interact with customers to solve and rectify any issues and improve the overall customer experience.o Serve as a positive representative of the Company to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Company.
Efficiencyo Ensure adherence to operating standards; and manage labor hours and expenses per established and agreed plans.o Lead drivers to exceed productivity goals and expectations for all routes.o Create, modify and improve routes to maximize density and improve efficiency.o Execute other operational plans to help achieve or exceed the division’s budgeted goals.o Understand, support and execute service delivery while actively supporting maintenance and the operational role in fleet quality and maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
Class A CDL license with air brakes endorsement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the waste or oilfield service industry, or related industry that included significant exposure to hauling activities.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Driver Level I works under the direction of the Operations Manager or a Supervisor and transports various commodities, both hazardous and non-hazardous, including rental equipment, to, from and within customer facilities and hazardous waste disposal sites, utilizing a variety of heavy vehicles and trailers.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Records hours of service via an electronic log.
Maintains vehicle interior and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Performs visual inspections of assets prior to leaving the work facility, throughout the shift and upon return.
Communicates any vehicle or equipment damage to maintenance before loading via use of an electronic log.
Utilizes safe driving skills in maneuvering at varying speeds in a variety of situations, such as heavy traffic, inclement weather and tight spaces.
Drives in accordance with all state, local and federal laws and regulations at all times.
Loads and unloads trailer, either individually or with assistance, with or without mechanical handling equipment.
Completes all documentation and data entry associated with inspection reports, work orders, shipping documents and other project notes in an accurate manner.
Communicates any and all delays (in writing) and to dispatch in a timely manner.
Communicates any and all accidents and/or incidents immediately.
Troubleshoots and eliminates problems via individual initiative or via teamwork in tandem with dispatch and/or maintenance.
Maintains professionalism in interactions with customers and members of the public.
Maintains a close and positive relationship with immediate associates and supervisor for instructions, training and guidance.
Actively participates in company initiatives and positively contributes to achieving wider company goals.
Conforms to customer on-site policies and procedures, including drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Willingness to occasionally accept out of town assignments, up to 10% of the time, that require the driver to sleep in a truck for a minimum of 10 consecutive hours to comply with FMSCA regulations.
Occasional on call responsibility may also be required on a floating rotational basis dictated by customer demand.
Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working with or around hazardous substances.
Experience in waste, energy or environmental services preferred.
Working knowledge of appropriate use and application of personal protective equipment.
Ability to pass a PFT and be respirator fit-tested.
General operational knowledge of tankers and roll-off trailers.
High level of working knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Current, valid class A CDL with both hazmat and tanker endorsements, issued from the state in which you are a resident.
A minimum of 3 years of verifiable tractor and trailer experience, including (within the same period) 1-year verifiable experience operating a liquid or vacuum tanker.
