Give me a J! Give me a U! Give me an L-I-E! Our July 🎆 2026 Employee of the Month is Julie Kieff, LPC!
This month, we gave our Employee of the Month tradition a little makeover. Our very first superlative award goes to our Office Cheerleader.
Some people bring the energy. Others bring encouragement. Julie somehow does both.
Whether she's welcoming a new team member, celebrating someone else's success, or offering a smile and kind word at just the right moment, Julie is always rallying for the people around her. She has a way of making coworkers and clients alike feel seen, supported, and valued, and that's something worth cheering about.
Good people. Good food. Great team. 🦞🎉
Nothing says employee appreciation quite like a crawfish boil! We are lucky to have a team that shows up every day with dedication and heart, and knows how to have a little fun together too.
A huge thank you to Paige F. and Tristan for spending weeks planning games, designing graphics, and making sure everyone had a great time. And a special shoutout to Glenn for making the long trip for crawfish and braving the rain to keep everyone fed. We also learned a few things about our therapists. Paige G. is fiercely competitive, Julie is a music lyric genius, and Madison’s karaoke performance might deserve its own ticket sales. 🎤
We are grateful for every member of our PVC family. Events like this remind us that what makes this team special isn’t just the work we do, it’s the people we get to do it with.
