This month, we're proud to spotlight Army veteran Jordan Tesfay. Jordan was shaped early by his father's story—an immigrant from Eritrea who built an engineering career in America from the ground up. That same belief in hard work and purpose led Jordan to serve over 12 years in the Army, earning the rank of Captain and leading teams through some of the most demanding assignments military service has to offer. Today, as our Business Unit Lead for Mission Critical & AI, he brings that same discipline, care, and conviction to overseeing data center and advanced technology projects across the country.
