UFC GYM Sherwood will be closed on Saturday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day.
We hope everyone has a fun, safe holiday celebrating with family and friends!

This past Saturday, our members had the opportunity to learn from a UFC veteran who shared high-level striking concepts, training insights, and the mindset required to compete at the highest level.
A special thank you to Coach Thomas for assisting throughout the seminar and helping our members get the most from the experience.
Events like this remind us what it means to Train Different—continually learning, improving, and surrounding ourselves with people who push us to be better.
