🐎 Equine Lunch & Learn: Case Report Session

Join us on April 30th at 12 PM in Room 2150 (2nd Floor Auditorium/Nest) for a case-based Lunch & Learn featuring real hospital cases.

Topics will include lymphoma, pyometra, and urethral obstruction.

Raising Cane’s will be provided

Spots will be open to Equine Club members for the first 24 hours, and then available to all students.

🐎 Lameness Wet Lab Recap

Yesterday, the Equine Club and Anatomy Club collaborated on a Lameness Wet Lab led by Dr. Cruz and Dr. Aguilar.

Students had the opportunity to review anatomy, perform lameness exams, and conduct gait analysis to identify potential abnormalities. It was a great hands-on learning experience and a chance to build clinical skills in equine medicine.

Equine Club celebrated the start of the new semester with its first wet lab of 2025 last weekend. Members evaluated teaching horses for lameness and practiced nerve blocks and joint injections.
