CLIENT VICTOR ALERT: Our client discovered a former business partner still maintained a life insurance policy on our client even though they had not been in business for years. The client asked the former business partner to cancel it, but refused.

A+M sued the former business partner to force him to cancel the policy. The partner dodged service and made many meritless arguments objecting to the suit.

This morning, A+M had a private process server serve the former business partner at opposing counsel's office, got the objections dismissed at court, and got an injunction against the former business partner.

It may sound like a lot of small ball, but the deep shade of red of opposing counsel's face told A+M that we won big time.
