Soursop is the cancer plant, so we had to ferment it for it healing properties. Soursop leaf has been linked to having properties the aid in fighting & preventing, leukemia, lung cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer and colon cancer. It looks just like the monster that it is, living foods that help restore our bodies.

We have begun the process of making our own proboiotic vinegars, apple, pineapple & raspberry, each flavor contains their own unique health benefits. We began following the heath benefits of fermentation a few years ago & have been perfecting our techniques as we learn more from the scientific studies being performed attesting to their attributes.
