Meet Rance Little, our General Sales Manager at Team Toyota! 👏

Rance started his automotive journey back in 2004 as a salesperson at our Honda location and worked his way up to leading the sales floor here at Team Toyota. 🚗🔥 Through years of hard work, dedication, and leadership, Rance has become a huge part of what makes our team successful.

Not only does Rance help guide and grow our sales team every single day, but he’s always encouraging everyone around him to push harder, stay motivated, and reach their full potential. Whether it’s helping a salesperson sharpen their skills, celebrating wins, or keeping spirits high during a busy month, Rance is always there for his team. 🙌

And of course… you can always count on Rance to have the best music playing in the dealership 🎶 along with a few dance moves to keep the energy up. 💃🕺
