Hello Chatsworth fans! The exhibit has moved once again and is being featured in the Baton Rouge room at the Main Branch Library on Goodwood Blvd through May. There will also be a talk given on the site history and archaeology of Chatsworth on Wednesday, May 20th at 7:00pm in one of the library meeting rooms. Thank you to everyone for your continued support of the Chatsworth Plantation project. If you haven't had a chance to see the exhibit, come take a look!

The Baton Rouge Chapter of the Louisiana Archaeological society presents Dr. Jay Edwards as the guest speaker for March 25, 2015. The meetings are held the last Wednesday of each month at the Bluebonnet Branch of the East Baton Rouge Parish Library, starting at 7pm. See attached flyer for more information about the talk.

The Chatsworth Plantation exhibit, Sharing the Sweet Life, is on display at the Central Branch EBRPL throughout March. If this is your local library, please go check out the exhibit which now includes Civil War era artifacts as well as Prehistoric Native American artifacts showing the diverse occupations occurring on the Chatsworth property through history.
