I haven't been on this page in a very long time (work and life have me pretty busy). For the person who put in the request for the phone number to Metro, um, the club is no longer open and has not been for almost 25 years. This is a page for those who frequented Metro in Baton Rouge and want to reminisce.

Wow!! Been forever since I've been on here (work, life, etc. getting in the way). Hope all is well with everyone. Scroll through the page to find some songs that will bring back memories of Metro. I'm sure I'm missing some, but only because I could not think of the song name or artist. Suggestions are very welcome.

What is the one thing you remember best from The Metro? It can be an event, something that happened to you, really anything. I know mine is twisting my ankle when trying to jump over the ditch behind the building (had to park in the back). Yeah, that was a fun night in pain. Wound up on crutches for a week. My lovely boyfriend at the time told me I could make it...not!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Ate way too much, as is expected on that holiday :). Have you finished your Christmas shopping yet? I haven't bought one single gift (mainly because no one seems to want anything....gift cards may be an option this year :) ).
