Red Stick Spice Company

July is Culinary Arts Month and we are starting the celebration by sharing more about the heart and soul behind Red Stick Spice: Chef & Owner Anne Milneck.

A proud graduate of the John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University, Anne has spent 13 years building Red Stick Spice. And it’s more than a spice shop - it’s a culinary destination logging over 600 cooking classes along the way. Anne has created a space with one person in mind: the home cook. Red Stick Spice is where people fall in love with cooking all over again.

From student to instructor, Anne now returns to her alma mater as an instructor at the John Folse Culinary Institute, where she teaches Spices in the Professional Kitchen to the next generation of culinary professionals. Anne brings real world experience and the same passion for teaching.
