Lissa Elizabeth Brutus is a commercial real estate valuation strategist, entrepreneur, and civic leader dedicated to advancing equitable development and generational wealth through real estate.

She is the Founder and CEO of LuxEon Real Estate Services, a consulting firm rooted in the principle of “illuminating value and building legacy” guiding every valuation, strategy, and investment decision. Through LuxEon, Lissa provides appraisal review, valuation consulting, and strategic advisory services, while pioneering a more holistic approach to real estate that integrates financial performance with cultural, community, and long-term legacy impact.

In addition to her work in real estate, Lissa is the visionary behind Flamez Carnival (Delaware) and Abundance Carnival(Tobago), two growing cultural brands that celebrate Caribbean heritage, community, and economic empowerment through curated carnival experiences.

Lissa serves in multiple leadership roles across nonprofit and civic organizations, where she focuses on expanding access to housing, capital, and education. She is the Executive Director of Housing Helpers, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing housing stability and opportunity, and she actively contributes to boards, such as the New Castle County Planning Board, and committees that support small business growth, community development, and educational advancement.

Lissa is also building the next generation of industry leaders through her work in higher education and curriculum development. Her broader mission is to reshape how real estate is understood, valued, and leveraged as a tool for both economic and cultural transformation.
