Our 1 Bedroom Suite is an efficiency style apartment and consists of 2 spacious rooms (living area and a separate bedroom) connected by a hall and bathroom. It has a small kitchenette, with a full size kitchen sink and pantry area that can be setup as a kitchen with small appliances. Most residents bring in their own refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, etc. for cooking. All of our units have ceramic tile floors (no carpet), which makes cleaning easy.
