Last week our MSNS students got to participate in the Research and Scholarship Showcase for the School of Health Professions.🥼💙 They had a great time discussing their service learning projects with fellow students and faculty! 🫑🫘🌶️

As National Nutrition Month comes to an end, we had to hop on this trend with our current cohort to highlight some of the things they experience in their rotations! 🥬🍓🥑

Recently, two of our graduate students, Raelyn and Montanna, completed their Fit Meal project for their foodservice rotation at Our Lady of the Lake. They served a Mardi Gras Pizza and a Chipotle Chicken Pizza that were packed with whole grains, lean protein, and veggies! 🍕🫑🍍🍤🥕
