Several users of C4Gnet.XYZ are unable to log in successfully.

We started getting calls on 4/17/2026 about problems connecting to the RTN via DNS, which is C4GNET.XYZ

The C4Gnet.XYZ DNS is not working for some users, while it is fine for others. This took some digging, but we have narrowed it down to something not working properly with the DNS. We have a 100% effective workaround to this issue if you need it.

New C4G Web Store We were having intermittent internal problems with our web store, so we decided to move to a shopping cart hosted in the cloud.  We have completed the migration to Shopify and purged the old accounts that never logged into our old web store.
