You know, seeing other restaurants who get James Beard who started as a pop-up makes me soo happy😊my turn is coming one day🙏🏼 all my life this is what I dreamed that I will be one of these chef to get nominated🥹

One great weekend. Thank you to everyone who came and tried our specials. My goal moving forward is to really focus on quality and bring few specials for the week and few specials and homemade desserts for the weekend. I will post our weekly specials and weekend specials every Monday. Supper excited for what’s coming up for the next few months. My pop-up line ups are coming together beautifully and we will have some amazing new collaboration and some amazing people are coming back. I have never been happier to be in the kitchen ❤️

Flan is on point today!! We are tasting our dessert for Wednesday’s pop-up!! Can’t wait to see you all ❤️❤️ I might still have no voice to talk to everyone but I will make sure you all will leave happy☺️

Next weekend’s Special I will have Albanian Meatballs (qebapa me Kajmak) Albanian street food. I will post more pictures and a reel this week after my pop-up dinner.
