We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant.

The job duties includes, but not limited, to the following.
-Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
-Prepare communications, such as emails, reports and other correspondence

MS Word & Excel experience required
Monument experience preferred but not required
