Judge Scott Schlegel

Last Friday, Judge Schlegel was honored to be inducted into the Louisiana Justice Hall of Fame. The Louisiana Prison Museum Foundation created the Hall to "honor and acknowledge the men and women of Louisiana who have served their community and their state in the honorable professions of law enforcement, the judiciary, criminal justice, civil service, and other related fields."

The ceremony, held at the Lod Cook Alumni Center on LSU's campus in Baton Rouge, honored the 2024 class of inductees. In his remarks, Judge Schlegel called it a privilege to stand alongside the distinguished 2024 class, a group with a passionate dedication to public service that has profoundly impacted our state.

Judge Schlegel and his team want to send our sincere thanks to the Louisiana Prison Museum and Cultural Center for this honor, and to the Judge's family, friends, and colleagues for their unwavering support and encouragement.
