Healthy high Protein teriyaki chicken recipe! The combination of fresh garlic, honey, coconut amino soy, fresh ginger, turmeric, and swerve brown sugar creates a flavorful marinade. Roasting it in the oven on top of jalapeños, bell pepper, red onions, and broccoli adds even more deliciousness and nutrients to the dish.

To make this recipe, follow these steps:

1. Preheat your oven to the desired temperature (usually around 400°F/200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together the fresh garlic, honey, coconut amino soy, fresh ginger, turmeric, and swerve brown sugar to create the marinade.
3. Place the chicken in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the chicken is well-coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).
4. While the chicken marinates, chop the jalapeños, bell pepper, red onions, and broccoli into desired sizes.
5. Place the chopped vegetables in a baking dish or sheet pan. Drizzle them with a little bit of oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
6. Once the chicken has marinated, remove it from the marinade (reserve the marinade for later) and place it on top of the chopped vegetables in the baking dish or sheet pan.
7. Roast the chicken and vegetables in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
8. While the chicken is roasting, transfer the reserved marinade to a small saucepan and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer until it thickens slightly into a glaze consistency.
9. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and brush it with the glaze.
10. Serve the teriyaki chicken on top of the roasted vegetables, and enjoy your flavorful and healthy meal!
