Baton Rouge's New Year's Eve celebration kicks off with Red Stick Rising at the River Center Branch Library. Art activities, stilt walkers, and an Auld Lang Syne sing-along at noon when the Red Stick Rises. All presented by BankPlus!

Another great Red Stick Rising event at River Center Branch Library, part of Red Stick Revelry for kids. Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome led a community sing-along of Auld Lang Syne and we raised the Red Stick over Town Square - ready to drop at midnight as we ring in 2023!

We've got some fun things planned for kids on New Year's Eve at the River Center Branch Library! Join us for some special arts activities, The Amazing Bacon stilt walker, and sing Auld Lang Syne with Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome and friends as the Red Stick rises at noon! The fun starts @ 11 am!
