Food Science Club is happy to bring back the bioeconomy and leadership training to you all this spring. Millicent Yeboah-Awudzi is a PhD student at SNFS, and she has been a part of the CABLE program as a student delegate from LSU. Come hear all her experiences and leadership skills she learnt during her involvement.

Congratulations to three outstanding PhD students from LSU School of Nutrition and Food Sciences on receiving the 'Dr. John Barkate Fellowship Award". This award was the first scholarship award that was started in the department back in 1990s.
Kudos to the students' achievement. We wish you best in the days ahead!

When on campus Wednesday: Juan Moreira shared with us his favorite place on campus. Which is outside the LSU Student Union , beneath the evergreen oaks that the LSU campus is so famous for. This is a great spot for a lunch or studying.
