When Kirk started at Geaux, Kendyl was just 4 years old. Now she’s in college out here doing HYROX simulations alongside him!
When kids grow up watching their parents prioritize movement, challenge themselves, and take care of their bodies, it eventually becomes part of who they are too. Pretty amazing to watch it happen firsthand!
