Today we memorialize the 53rd Governor of the state of Louisiana, Mike Foster, and we’ll be providing coverage of the public service on our show in the coming week.
Today, Gov. John Bel Edwards held a recognition ceremony and second-line sendoff to celebrate the end of the mission for the sailors who have been stationed at Baton Rouge General Mid City. 104 Navy medical professionals have been working alongside BRG staff as part of the state’s response to COVID-19. They even had a second line...very nice to see everyone having a good time!
