We are looking for a Full-time Office Administrator. Requirements for applicant listed below:

*Creating, updating, and maintaining records for multiple companies and accounts.

*Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed

*Creating, Updating, and Managing office policies and procedures

*Scheduling company calendar and employee work timelines

*Preparing reports on expenses and job costs of each individual job.

*Must be heavily experienced in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. Must be able to transfer information from Excel into QuickBooks.

*Must have knowledge of Residential and Commercial Construction or at least 2 years of experience prior.

Permits are ready and construction 🚧 is underway! Coming soon to the Baton Rouge area - 2 new Grease Monkey Oil Change and more locations. Drusilla Lane and Sherwood. The owners have purchased both the old Jiffy L**e locations that have long been vacated. Excited to bring these new locations to BR and a new franchise to Louisiana.
