We would like to take a moment to recognize Stephanie Creel, RN and thank her for everything she does for our team.
Stephanie is a caring and compassionate leader who comes to work each day ready to support both her patients and her team. She works hard to ensure assignments are fair and based on patient needs, always keeping quality patient care as her priority. It's common to hear team members say, "I enjoy working with Stephanie," or "Stephanie is a great charge nurse." She is someone people trust to help solve problems and provide guidance.
Stephanie is also incredibly supportive. Whether she's managing admissions, discharges, difficult situations, or unexpected challenges, she handles each day with a calm, positive attitude. She is always approachable and willing to help, no matter what comes her way.
One of Stephanie's greatest strengths is her organization. She plans, communicates well, listens to others' ideas, and always strives to make fair decisions with integrity.
