PhD student Krista Carver is the 2021 recipient of the James Reddoch Award! This award is presented annually to a management graduate student in the name of James Reddoch, an LSU graduate, administrator and management professor who retired from the university after more than 40 years of professional affiliation and service.

The recipient of this award must be in good academic standing, have excellent teaching evaluation as a management instructor, and otherwise demonstrate the pursuit of academic excellence. Congrats Krista on this huge accomplishment!

Congrats to Rucks Department of Management Assistant Professor Michael Johnson for being featured in the Journal of Applied Psychology's "The Journal Editor's Corner." Johnson has one paper featured in the health and wellbeing section and another featured in the science to practice collection.

Management students Teresa Vallée, Taylor Dottley, Trendell Shorty, and Victoria Liakos were recognized for their academic excellence. The Rucks Department of Management makes an annual presentation of the awards for academic excellence for students with the highest GPA in the department's general management and the human resource, strategic leadership, and international management concentrations.
