Progress is underway at the new Lipsey's Headquarters off of Highland Road!
Our team is focused on site preparation, building pad development, and mobilization for the deep foundation work ahead on this 265,000-square-foot facility. While activity on-site is ramping up, months of planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, and procurement have helped set this project up for success.
Most importantly, safety remains our top priority as we work through the Louisiana summer heat, ensuring every team member goes home safe each day.
We look forward to sharing more progress as this 20-acre campus begins to take shape.

The Cajun Industries Employee Meeting & Development Center is officially complete! This 15,000-square-foot facility was designed to support employee development, training, and company events, providing a modern space for collaboration and growth. One of the things that made this project especially meaningful was the opportunity to partner with a fellow ABC Pelican Chapter member. As active members of the ABC Pelican Chapter, it's always rewarding to work alongside organizations that share a commitment to excellence, workforce development, and the future of our industry. We are proud to have partnered with Cajun Industries to bring this vision to life and deliver a facility that will serve their team for years to come.
