The 100 Deadliest Days of Summer continue. We can protect our teens by knowing and enforcing our state’s Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) laws. These laws aren’t just suggestions, but legal requirements designed to save lives and include:

Passenger Limits: Extra teens in the car create a major distraction. Know exactly how many passengers your teen’s license stage allows.

Nighttime Curfews: Most serious teen crashes happen at night. Ensure your teen is off the road before state-mandated curfew hours kick in.

The state sets the legal baseline, but YOU hold the keys. Let’s keep teens safe this summer!
