Dental receptionist

Duties:
-Greet patients
-Answer phones & schedule appointments
-Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary information
-Assist with billing
-Maintain patient records & ensure accuracy of information
-Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow
-Provide excellent customer service & address patient inquiries or concerns

Experience:
-Familiarity with dental terminology & procedures is necessary
-Strong communication & interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail & ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment
