Starting today, we will be implementing our cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you call the front desk at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. We understand emergencies happen, we wake up feeling unwell, children are sick, it happens to all of us. However, please keep in mind that no shows/last minute cancellations represent a missed opportunity for other clients of our stylists. A cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice will result in 50% of the reserved service amount and no shows/same day cancellations will result in 100% of the reserved service amount. We love our clients and this will help us better serve you and the rest.❤️
