It is with great eXcitement to finally announce a project long in the making. Brian Watson(renowned local dance instructor and choreographer) and Shim Dawan(Flips & Fitness instructor) are ready to reveal a dance company that allows for the full eXpression of one’s ideas. A place where you are both free and are encouraged to be yourself. A dance floor where you can eXperiment with your ideas and emotions through movement.

We are thrilled to open a dance company that eXhibits the most popular, the most useful, the most fun, the most eXciting, and arguably the first style of dance on Earth. What dance boasts all of the above? The answer is.., Hip-Hop!

We introduce to you, Hip-Hop X.

Hip-Hop X will offer recreational, competitive, and performance platforms for all ages. Hip-Hop X will deliver the full range of the Hip-Hop eXperience.

Hello, Flips & Fitness members. We are getting several messages about being open today, this weekend, and next week due to the mass hysteria of the coronavirus and the preparations for a complete shutdown. Some questions have been asked about students and coaches being in such close proximity and actually having to spot athletes making transmitting the virus easier.

It is difficult to decide what to do. As I watch the state and country shut down schools and events I think we should follow suit in doing our best to protect the thoughts of others during this scare. FLIPS WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. We will text you during this time to keep you up to date.

I’m hoping that your cheer club tryouts will also push their dates back.
