UNDERSTANDING THE FOUR DISC PERSONALITIES
📊 There are four main personality profiles: D (Dominant), I (Influential), S (Steady), and C (Conscientious). Their placement on the DISC grid is key — D in the top left, I in the top right, S in the bottom right, and C in the bottom left.
🔄 The D personality is 180 degrees opposite to the S personality. When a D speaks, they see their ideas as positive, progressive, fast-moving, and forward-thinking. The S personality, however, may interpret those same points as negative and unsafe.
This natural tension between opposites is exactly why awareness of DISC styles dramatically improves communication and team dynamics.
