The Louisiana State Nurses Association is proud to recognize our President, Dr. Lesley Tilley, DNP, RN, NE-BC, for being named one of the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report’s 2026 Influential Women in Business.
Lesley exemplifies the very essence of this prestigious recognition—honoring accomplished women who lead, innovate, and make a lasting impact across our region. From driving clinical and operational excellence across healthcare systems to championing workforce development and diversity, her leadership continues to elevate the profession of nursing and improve care for countless communities.
With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and executive leadership roles—including serving as Chief Operating Officer at Woman’s Hospital and Regional Vice President of Operations at Our Lady of the Lake Health—Lesley has consistently advanced strategic growth, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered innovation.
Her commitment to the future of healthcare is equally inspiring. Through scholarship development, mentorship, and educational partnerships, she is shaping the next generation of nurse leaders while advancing critical conversations on workplace safety and care delivery.
We also celebrate her recognition alongside other distinguished women honored at the Influential Women in Business Luncheon on May 19, following the Women’s Leadership Symposium—trailblazers who strengthen our region by leading organizations, building systems, and serving our communities.
