This is the dish that reminds us of home.

Back in Thailand, after a long day, we would stop by the small street food stalls hidden along the busy roads of Bangkok just for a plate of Khao Ka Moo. The smell of herbs slowly simmering in a giant pot, the sound of people lining up, the steam rising into the night air — somehow one simple bowl could make everything feel better.

That’s the feeling we wanted to bring to Baton Rouge.

Our pork leg is slow-braised for hours until it becomes unbelievably tender, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth soft. Served over warm jasmine rice with fresh Chinese broccoli for a little crunch and freshness that balances every bite.

The broth is deep, savory, slightly sweet, full of herbs, and packed with the kind of flavor that only comes from patience and love.

This isn’t the kind of Thai dish you see everywhere.
It takes time.
It takes care.
And honestly… it’s one of the dishes we’re most proud of.
