Starting with new loan reservations on February 20, the CAFA First Home 2026A Program will launch with a new low interest rate of 5.88%.

Program Highlights:
• Down Payment Assistance: 4% of the total loan amount
• Second Mortgage Term: 5-Year Forgivable second mortgage

This new lower rate, paired with our enhanced structure, makes CAFA’s First Home program more competitive than ever for your borrowers.

Important Reminder:
Loans currently in the 2026A pipeline are not eligible for the new rate. Existing reservations cannot be canceled and re-reserved to obtain the 5.88% rate. No exceptions.
