There are quite a few Down Payment Programs available. But Capital Area Finance Authority has the First Home program that is hands down one of the best programs as it pertains to competitive rate, ease of navigation, and attainable qualification standards.

Closed one today for a 1st Time Homebuyer with 4% assistance and with the seller concessions that his amazing real estate agent negotiated, he was able to come to close with $0 and even received his deposit money and appraisal fee back at closing. Quite Impressed. 10/10 will use this program again….and again…and again!!
