Why is it always "Mitchell, you haven't sent out the flavors yet" and never "Mitchell, how are you so good at making cheesecakes AND so attractive?" I guess the world will never know. Almost like this month's flavors if ya'll don't leave me alone.

NOW TO THE FLAVORS! We have:
German Chocolate, the classic cooked icing with pecans and coconut, on top of our deep chocolate cheesecake
Mango Tres Leches, mango flavored tres leches cake on the bottom, with a house made no bake mango cheesecake on top.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake, our original cheesecake baked beneath a round of pineapple upside down cake. Caramelised pineapple baked with a white cake.
Lemon Ice Box cheesecake, a tart and cool lemon cheesecake balanced with our homemade whipped cream.

We are introducing our CUSTOM(ER) FLAVORS program! Did you miss a flavor from last month, or have an idea for a flavor that you would like? This is for you. The Custom(er) Flavors gives you the ability to order any flavor you would like. We *typically* need a three day notice but for something crazy we may need a week's notice. There is added labor and ingredient cost to this, so the minimum is 4 cheesecakes, starting at $11 each. This should cover most flavor requests. Does your wife or hubby love pralines, or cherries, or Italian cream? Now you can order those flavors just for them. Mother's Day and SPRING!

As we start May we have new flavors, and a new chance to make new memories. My mom passed a few years ago but she was quite the woman. I don't have any memories of times at school or any school activities without her there. She was supportive of everything we did, and she is the reason I am a chef. I know things happen in life, but if your mom is around take this time to make new memories with her. Call her today. Call her tomorrow. You only get one.
